Our Occupational Therapy services support neurodivergent young people to navigate everyday life with greater confidence and independence. We focus on building practical skills for daily routines, managing emotions, and understanding sensory needs. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we tailor support to each individual, adjusting environments, breaking down tasks, and creating strategies that actually work in real life. Our therapists take a neuro-affirming approach that recognises and respecting each young person’s unique way of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world
