Occupational Therapy Fees
OT session (45min face to face + 15min documentation/planning)
$193 | Per Hour
Assessments and reports (NDIS progress reports, Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology, Sensory Assessments etc)

Support Worker/Therapy Assistant Fees
Weekday daytime | $65 per hour
Weekday evening | $70.50 per hour
Saturday | $81.50 per hour
Sunday | $95.50 per hour
Public Holiday | $145.2
Minimum 3 hour appointments
Travel that involves transporting a client during a shift will be charged at $0.99 per kilometre travelled.
Funding
NDIS funding
NDIS participants who are plan managed or self-managed are able to access services with their funding however funding that is managed by the NDIA will not be accepted. Self-managed participants will be sent an invoice after the assessment. After the payment, a receipt will be provided which can be used to receive reimbursement from the NDIS. Plan-managed clients will be required to provide the details of their plan manager. The invoice will then be sent and paid by the plan manager. Please ensure adequate funds are available to cover your assessment, if not private payment will be required.
Private Health Funds
You may be eligible for a private health rebate if your private health funds cover Occupational Therapy services. If this is the case a receipt will be provided once the invoice has been paid which can be used to make a claim.
Medicare
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate from your GP that will cover a portion of your Occupational Therapy session. In order to receive this rebate, you must receive a GP management plan containing a referral for Occupational Therapy sessions ( Chronic Disease Management Plan).
