Our young and passionate support workers are experienced and trained to support autistic teens and young adults to build independence and engage in daily living.
What our Support Workers do
Our Support Workers assist clients to engage and participate in daily activities at home and in the community including:
Self-care tasks including dressing, teeth brushing and managing the morning routine
Domestic tasks including preparing meals, organising personal spaces and laundry
Work and study-related tasks such as planning out and organising homework tasks,
Accessing the community, travel training, money handling and shopping
Social and emotional support
Virtual or in person body doubling
Engaging in desired leisure activities e.g sport, dance, arts and crafts, games, music etc.

Our Support Workers
Our support workers are allied health students with experience supporting autistic teens and young adults. They are young, friendly, and relatable, which helps teens feel comfortable and supported.
Our team uses a neuroaffirming, strengths-based approach, supporting young people to build independence, confidence, and everyday life skills.
Our support workers:
• Are studying allied health (e.g., occupational therapy, psychology)
• Have experience supporting autistic young people
• Use a neuroaffirming approach
• Focus on building independence and daily living skills
• Are young and relate well to teenagers
• Receive training and ongoing support from our occupational therapists
Fees
Weekday daytime | $66 per hour
Weekday evening | $70.50 per hour
Saturday | $81.50 per hour
Sunday | $95.50 per hour
Public Holiday | $145.2
Minimum 3 hour appointments
Travel that involves transporting a client during a shift will be charged at $0.99 per kilometer travelled.
Plan managed, and self-managed NDIS funding is accepted
